Vacancy Description:

Duties will include: • Finding candidates for mainly permanent job roles that we are handling for various clients throughout the UK • Searching various job boards to find candidates who match the client job briefs • Contacting the candidates via emails and texts and then booking them in for interview with the Consultants using a calendar system • Searching our existing database for candidates to match the job roles and emailing them the job descriptions • Emailing candidates questions to see if they match to the requirements of the job briefs • Using linked in to reach out and search for potential candidates for the client roles • Messaging candidates on linked in to book appointments in with the Consultants • Helping to send out client mailshots from the database system
