We are looking for a confident and creative Apprentice Recruitment Administrator to become part of our ambitious team in a fast-paced, fun and friendly office and work alongside the team carrying out a range of administration duties to ensure all our current clients are receiving the five-star service we strive to provide. We are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff who is ready to start a new and exciting career with the ability to improve the education and lives of children and young people in the UK. The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed in the role. The role will include: • Providing office support including customer and employee support • Maintaining databases up to date • Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person • Responding to email enquiries • Preparing documents by inputting data and creating spreadsheets of candidates • Keeping candidate database up-to date • Arranging interviews with applicants • Preparing job offer letters, contracts and references for candidates • Updating and managing our social media platforms • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients and generating growth • Dealing with office maintenance • Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required • Marketing tasks to promote service within schools, settings and the community
