Marketing Executive Apprenticeship - Level 4 £15,000 to £18,000 Monday to Friday with some weekends depending on events NG1 1LA The National Ice Centre offers a wide variety of skating sessions throughout the week for families, clubs and foam parties. The National Ice Centre complex is also home to the Motorpoint Arena, the East Midlands premier venue based in the heart of Nottingham city centre. With a 10,000 crowd capacity, the Arena showcases some of the biggest names in music, comedy and sport. The venue has an intimate feel where all visitors can have some of the best stage views which allows them to enjoy the ultimate entertainment experience. Roles and Responsibilities: • Providing an efficient administration service to the Marketing & Communications team • Creating content for the National Ice Centre and Motorpoint Arena social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok (this includes obtaining footage & pics at live events!) • Supporting the team with planning & implementing seasonal marketing campaigns • Creating email campaigns and mailers • Creating event articles and updating information on websites • Writing copy for National Ice Centre skating parties • Liaising with third parties to ensure our events are covered on their sites • Coordinating poster & leafleting distribution around the venue • Supporting with organizing our attendance at external promotional events, including freshers’ fairs • Potential to design and resize digital graphics
