Vacancy Description:

Reporting to the Global IT Service Level Manager, this role is positioned within our IT function to work in a wider, global team. In this role you will support the Service Desk ticket system, attempting to ensure processes and best practice are followed, executed correctly and improved. Playing a key role in global IT support will be critical whilst following triage processes to resolve issues and ensuring that you escalate to 2nd Line when appropriate. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about IT, have good communication skills to be able to speak to all levels of stakeholder and be able to adapt to new situations and challenges.
