Vacancy Description:

To assist the Chef in a preparation of large amount of top quality fresh ingredients, covering pastry, fish, meat etc, and supporting the development of bespoke menus for each individual client at events. This role will allow the successful applicant to learn and develop skills from Peter Harrison, an award winning chef with over 30 years experience working in France, Australia and London.
