They have an established growth record, fantastic clients and an excellent working environment. You will be working with a friendly customer service team as a Customer Service Apprentice. This is a busy role which will combine day to day sales administration and customer service responsibilities. You will be talking to customers every day providing and confirming quotes with them and discussing their contract renewals. You will also be looking at price matches and completing orders. These orders will be sent to the procurement team. Part of your role will also be researching leads for sales staff and scheduling appointments for the team. As well as talking to customers over the phone, you will also be dealing with emails from customers and colleagues. Eventually you will learn more about the sales side of the business to increase your knowledge.
