Vacancy Description:

This is a unique opportunity. You will be helping to change the look of the employers 11 acre landscape by improving and helping with new ideas for the memorial gardens. You will be maintaining the flower tribute courtyard area to a high standard. Removing dead flowers from the gardens of remembrance and maintaining the grounds. You must be passionate about all things green and be creative. You need to have the ability to follow instructions to ensure duties are completed in a timely fashion. These include, cutting grass, leaf blowing, hedge trimming, planting flowers, shrubs and trees, using strimmer, weeding and any other horticultural duties. You will be assisting with the disposal of ashes on occasion including helping with a short service where required. Occasionally you may be asked to help out in the office. This will consist of carrying out a few admin tasks such as taking bookings, and dealing with general enquires and providing a good level of customer service. You will take part in team meetings and one two one meetings to ensure the continual improvement of the service delivered to customers and the working environment.
