Start your career the way you start your day - the Weetabix way! This is a 3-year Apprenticeship and on completion of the programme you will achieve a Level 3 in Team Leading. For the highest performers there will be an additional progression route to undertake a Level 5 Operations Manager qualification, starting in year 2 of the apprenticeship. What you will do. You will be working across several of their iconic brands with rotations though some of the Burton Latimer and Corby based factories. During the 3 year programme you will be working alongside experienced manufacturing teams within the Weetabix factories as well as having opportunities to work and collaborate with other key departments across the business; embracing your own learning journey and building on your overall development and core business skills. You will deliver improvement projects and develop vital leadership skills to support a career path in manufacturing and beyond. You will also: Take part in daily performance briefing sessions Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) Identify manufacturing performance issues and solutions Work closely with manufacturing operatives Work alongside experienced manufacturing teams within the factories Deliver improvement projects and develop vital leadership skills to support a career path in manufacturing If you have a positive attitude, enjoy working as a team player, are highly driven and self-motivated and want to make "The Difference" then this employer would love to hear from you.
