Now what you will get from us, not only will you get your IT Level 3 Information Communication Technician Qualification, but you will get the exposure to working on different systems and understanding how the process of a busy service desk works. You will be answering queries from customers and figuring out the best process to fix the issues. By the end of the apprenticeship, you will be the go-to Technical Support Engineer now that’s the place to be.
