Vacancy Description:

• Placing purchase orders based on commitment generated by Sales and Production orders. • Progressing and reporting on administrative projects, such as:  Requesting item weights from suppliers,  Producing product information and financial reports for supplier meetings  Collating customer focussed data and information for the Purchasing Manager • Speak with suppliers to check progress of outstanding Purchase Orders. • Investigating invoice queries with members of the Purchasing Team
