Being the first point of contact for John Arnolds customers, it is important you receive the right training to ensure you can deliver excellent customer service. Key Duties and Training include: • How to serve & assist customers via telephone, email and face-toface with their inquiries. • Raising job cards and ensuring the work packs are complete. • Tracking the progress of work carried out on the vehicles. • Keeping customers updated with any work carried out. • Learn to understand customer expectations to manage the customer service journey.
