No two days are the same on our busy service. This apprentice role offers variety across a range of technologies and you will form an important part of our service desk team giving IT support to our end users. Via our in-house ticketing and triage system, you will respond to IT incidents both remotely and in-person. These incidents could be related to cloud services, networking or general hardware issues. Responding to tickets, you will use a range of communications techniques to resolve the IT incident including Damesware, Teams, email or over the telephone. We operate a range of technologies across the IT estate including Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, Cisco and Damesware. As an apprentice you will receive training in all these areas to increase your knowledge base and ability to resolve technical issues. As a business we run Windows 11 as our OS. You will also have the opportunity to carry out software testing, fluke testing and cable testing as part of your development strategy.
