As an administration assistant you will be responsible for accurately processing customers contracts and working closely with the installations Manager to process the order through to installation. Keeping the customer up to date through the process. Processing Invoices and communication with the Finance director to keep costs to a minimum and arranging returns. -Answering Calls and dealing with any customer queries -Electronic/Manual filing -Data input of contracts/invoices -General administrative tasks such as chasing responses and suppliers -Dealing with supplier queries.
