•Answering of incoming calls and emails quickly and efficiently. •Processing online orders and dealing with online queries •Liaising with sales teams and other areas of the business by telephone or in person. •Liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers regarding orders, confirmations, products, and deliveries. •Familiarisation with products available through extensive suppliers. •Processing sales and purchase orders, Solving delivery related problems as they occur. •Ensuring that orders are processed and delivered in line with agreed timescales and in line with customer expectations. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information. • To liaise effectively with Directors/BM;s and manager to ensure effective transfer of information. • Producing all Contracts, offer letters, References, DBS and Induction Packs in accordance with the system set in the HR department. • Responsible for record keeping and creation of systems to audit record keeping. • Responsible for producing the internal advert, updating company website and liaising with agencies. • Responsible for keeping Hr systems up to date and providing relevant reports from cool blue on a regular basis. • Creating Starters and leavers report monthly • To arrange facilities for training, such as booking rooms, at the request of line manager • Diary management • Producing and keeping up to date all Training reports and Matrix • Arranging and communicating with relevant people regarding training that has been arranged centrally. • Maintaining HR systems including Pay rates, immigration, Sponsorships agency contracts, All starter and leaver paperwork, Loan agreements, HR weekly& monthly reporting, appraisal reviews, sickness and agency usage, • To maintain and update manual and computerised HR information systems • Input starters & Leavers and send to Head of HR in accordance with deadlines. • General Admin duties, such as faxing, answering phones, photocopying etc. • Liaison with the Head of HR as required to ensure the effective operation of the department • To engender an atmosphere of co-operation and positivity within the company dealing with service users, colleagues and suppliers with courtesy and respect at all times • To work within agreed limits of authority for purchases • To attend meetings and to assist in forming of company policy as requested • To perform any other reasonable request by the Head of HR, or a Director
