This apprenticeship would suit anybody looking to start an IT career with the focus very much being on hardware. This includes working with PC's, laptops and various other pieces of IT kit. Key responsibilities and accountabilities including but not limited to as a Project Ops Engineer will include: • Imaging refurbished Desktops • Imaging refurbished Laptops • Grading and cleaning of refurbished machines • Scanning and recording device details • Enrolling mobile devices / tablets into customer MDM’s • Troubleshooting laptop / desktop faults • Intune pre provisioning • Verifying, documenting, and chasing information relating to tickets
