ACS IT Services are looking to hire a person for a Sales Apprenticeship role within their telecoms division. They're looking for someone to join their sales team and earn a Level 3 Business Admin qualification earning a great salary with an uncapped commission whilst doing so. ACS IT Services are an IT and Telecom provider based in Shipley. This is a role with an admin focus, but after training will involve face-to-face meetings with customers, preparing quotes and selling to new and existing customers. Roles & responsibilities: • Make outgoing customer calls (New and existing) in order to make introductions with a view to selling services • Answers questions about product specifications and pricing • Build a pipeline of potential leads and follow up with those customers by making subsequent calls • Keep customer information up to date and ensure customers get the correct documentation • Support senior colleagues with customer and account management • Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales call with customers • Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback • Organise and attend Zoom/Teams meetings with potential customers • Escalating enquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
