Job Role We are looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Apprentice who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn. As an IT Helpdesk Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include: - Taking support calls from clients - Raising support tickets and progressing these to fix - Managing Office 365 requests - Performing first-line fixes where possible - Liaising with senior engineers. About the Company Our client offers IT support and Cloud services, IT solutions, protection & security and Office 365 with professional advice on equipment required to meet business objectives, on-site personnel training, use of their resources to help fulfil business needs and the ongoing monitoring of hardware & software performance.
