As the Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will manage and implement the digital marketing agenda and online LSM for our stores keeping in line with Papa Johns UK corporate strategy and DFSI business strategy. Your key aims will be to drive sales growth through increased brand awareness and transaction growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan, run and implement campaigns across multiple social media platforms for clients or the business including social, email, paid and organic. • Analyse the success of all digital content, using tools such as, Google Analytics, social media insights, email marketing analytics and other appropriate analytic dashboards. • Maintain a professional relationship with key stakeholders and deal with direct enquiries via social media, email, and telephone. • Manage and maintain company or client websites with innovative, creative content that attracts an audience, including creation of new blog pages and landing pages. • Promote a positive brand image and provide excellent customer experience at all times. • Conduct market and competitor research and analyse trends using the findings to influence future campaigns, implement innovative technologies and/or content. • Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, including forecasting and return on investment. • Plan and manage SEO for company or client’s websites using keywords and phrases, on page, off page and link building. • Work cohesively with other departments to have a multichannel / team approach to the marketing efforts. • Write copy for the business, maintaining brand guidelines and tone of voice of the business. • Design content for campaigns, keeping within brand guidelines. • Managing company social media platforms, SMS marketing campaigns. • Analysis of sales, service performance and reporting on Google, TripAdvisor and Yelp reviews. • Update store photos via Google Yext.
