Working in our busy IT support team, the apprentice will be involved in all aspects of IT related incident management. Covering both hardware and software related issues, the apprentices role will be to support colleagues and end-users accessing our ticketing system. Our IT support is busy and no two days are the same, but some of the daily responsibilities will be , but not limited to - • Laptop and Desktop hardware maintenance and support • Mobile Device Management • Working in a Windows operating system environment offering end-user support • Handling system configuration, deployment and maintenance of end user devices The apprentice will also help setting up new user accounts on a role based access matrix. There will also be the opportunity to create articles to help colleagues self-service machines as much as possible. This is a new initiative for the business, and a new and exciting project to be involved with.
