Alongside providing in house technical support and remote services across the UK and Europe to cater to a wide scope of business requirements. About the role and areas of learning: • Assisting with IT hardware & peripheral support. • Configuring hardware (laptops, desktops and mobile phones) • Contribute to ongoing and new IT Projects • Data centre installs, moves and decoms • Data sanitisation – data wiping, degaussing and data shredding • Office IT hardware refreshes • Software and application support • Network support • Server support • Cloud solutions, office 365 management • Wi-Fi surveying and health monitoring • IT Logistics and transportation
