Vacancy Description:
Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the park or at each activity. -Ensure that all customers participating in activities have a valid waiver, wristband (if applicable), are wearing branded trampoline socks and have no loose jewellery. -Ensure all customers watch the relevant safety briefings for each activity and, if bouncing, ensure customers also complete the full warm up. -Ensure that customers and other members of staff are adhering to the Company’s Health and Safety policies for each activity. -Coordinate the clearing of the activities of customers whose time has elapsed. -Ensure that all equipment and safety items are functioning properly on all activities and ensure that all walls, harnesses and safety items are functioning properly. -Be compliant of all the relevant opening and closing checks. -Attend to all injured visitors within your designated area and implement first aid as necessary. -Ensure compliance with all organisational policies and procedures, including those for stock control and cash handling. -Undertake training as required by the Company.
