Intelliconnect (Europe) Ltd in Corby are looking for 2 apprentices to work with the Production Engineering Manager and Test Engineer. The candidates will work on finding faults with cables and connectors, these faults will have been identified before despatch to the customer or you may be dealing with a fault that occurs after delivery. This company expect their customer quality level to exceed 99.5% and this role is key in preventing faulty products from leaving the business. You will be instrumental in repairing any faults found by their customers in a timely fashion so they can get these products back in to service. This role will include error analysis, this is where a Non Conformance Report is produced which provides details of any faults and outlines how a repair needs to be carried out, you will in time learn how to produce these reports. Accuracy is vital, this company work with the military and other very important customers. You will also help to produce and improve procedures as well as producing a detailed list of materials and instructions that are required before carrying out any job. You will be working closely with the larger engineering team plus the manufacturing and sales teams. With a generous salary and holiday allowance and also an early finish every Friday.
