Vacancy Description:

This apprenticeship standard is an ideal programme for those wishing to work as a support technician at Clyk. Duties will include; • Talking to clients and guiding them through IT support issues. • Logging and dealing with tickets from clients through our remote monitoring and management tool. • Completing client jobs/ projects. • Answering the phone, taking details and transferring to the right person. • Going to client’s sites and fixing issues. • Documenting work done using our work OS. • Keeping own workspace tidy, cleaning duties are shared as a team around the office. Applicant needs to use initiative and to be confident talking to clients on the phone. All duties will be supported until independent.
