As an IT apprentice, you will be involved in all day to day aspects of IT support for our customer base. This covers many areas of IT including Cloud Services, Networking, Software Support and Hardware builds and installations. Some activities will include; • Point of contact for all incoming support tickets • Log and manage all reactive service calls onto the service management system • Passing assessed tickets through to appropriate 2nd level support • Establish and maintain high levels of process documentation relevant to the role • Meet personal and team productivity and quality targets in line with Service Centre targets • Taking receipt of system generated email and phone call tickets into the Service Centre This is an exciting opportunity to join a hardworking team with no two days being the same.
